Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Millionaire Mode mobile application (the "App") operated by Millionaire Mode ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are using the App on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account by signing in with your Apple ID via Apple Sign-In.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and your device. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the sign-in process.
You may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted.

3. Description of the Service

Millionaire Mode is a daily financial goal execution app that helps you:

Define a specific financial target with an amount, deadline, and strategy.
Set and track up to 3 high-impact daily actions toward your financial goal.
Review your goal statement daily to maintain focus and clarity.
Track execution streaks and view progress on a calendar.
Receive personalised coaching tips generated by an AI service based on your actions and plan.
Access inspirational long-form content (Wealth Lessons) progressively unlocked over time.

The App is a productivity and goal-tracking tool. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, tax guidance, or any form of regulated financial service. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency in the App Store. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Any price changes will apply to your next renewal period after notice is provided.

4.2 Billing

All payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account. We do not collect or store your payment information.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your App Store account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4.3 Free Trial

We may offer free trial periods from time to time. If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.

4.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Millionaire Mode).
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that date.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Refund requests must be directed to Apple through their App Store refund process.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within the App, including your financial goals, daily actions, notes, and onboarding responses ("User Content").
By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's functionality, including generating personalised coaching tips.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Content. We do not verify, endorse, or assume responsibility for any User Content.

6. AI-Generated Content

The App uses an AI service (AWS Bedrock) to generate personalised coaching tips based on your daily actions and financial plan.
AI-generated coaching tips are provided for informational and motivational purposes only. They do not constitute professional financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice.
We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You should exercise your own judgement and, where appropriate, seek professional advice before acting on any suggestions.
We are not liable for any decisions you make or actions you take based on AI-generated content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers, systems, or other users' accounts.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure, servers, or networks.
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App.
Resell, redistribute, or sublicence access to the App or its content.
Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, branding, user interface, icons, graphics, text content (including Wealth Lessons and daily quotes), and underlying code are the intellectual property of Millionaire Mode and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without our prior written consent.

9. No Financial Advice Disclaimer

Millionaire Mode is a goal-tracking and productivity tool. The App, including all content, coaching tips, and Wealth Lessons:

Does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or any other form of professional advice.
Is not a substitute for consultation with qualified financial, legal, or other professional advisors.
Does not guarantee any specific financial outcome or result.

Your use of the App does not create a fiduciary, advisory, or professional relationship between you and Millionaire Mode. Any financial decisions you make are solely your responsibility.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
That the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
That any results achieved through using the App will meet your expectations.

We do not warrant that the App will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Millionaire Mode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in subscription fees during the 12 months preceding the claim.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

12. Account Termination

By you: You can delete your account at any time from the Profile tab in the App. This permanently removes all your data from our servers. Please cancel your subscription through Apple before deleting your account.
By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if we reasonably believe your continued access poses a risk to other users or our systems. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination where possible.

13. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of any significant changes.

14. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services:

Apple Sign-In: For authentication. Subject to Apple's Terms of Service.
Apple App Store: For subscription billing. Subject to Apple's App Store terms and conditions.
Amazon Web Services (AWS): For data storage and AI processing. Subject to AWS's service terms.

We are not responsible for the practices, policies, or availability of these third-party services.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Millionaire Mode operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Millionaire Mode regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
